We are people too (not just number nerds) so below is a little bit about who we are and where we come from.
Alicia brings fresh eyes for innovation along with strong experience in cloud accounting and utilizing technology to increase operational efficiencies across a range of industries.
Having started her career at Deloitte in New Zealand, she was trained firsthand by early adopters of cloud software and is the most experienced Xero accountant in the Cayman Islands. Alicia has transferred hundreds of clients to Xero, implemented numerous procedural advancements, and provided training and on-going support to a broad range of clients.
Outside of Xero, she loves to surf, travel to surf, dive, and hang out with her family in NZ.
Marcus is a driven and multi-talented professional and brings a unique blend of expertise to the table. He has experience in auditing and preparing accounts for funds with alternative investments, not-for-profits, and a variety of operating businesses. He is also a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, who has extensive experience in providing fiduciary services, client-facing services, and portfolio management. Overall, he has a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success in managing complex tasks and delivering value to clients.
Outside of Xero, he is an avid traveller, loves socializing with friends and family, and is a sports enthusiast.
Pa is a seasoned accounting and finance professional who joined White Cloud in 2025. A licensed CPA from Wisconsin, Pa built her career at PwC and EY, advising private equity and hedge funds on US tax compliance and reporting across Wisconsin, New York, Hong Kong, and the Cayman Islands, before transitioning into fund administration for private equity funds on island.
Drawn to make a more direct impact, Pa made a deliberate shift away from large funds and institutions to work closely with small and medium-sized businesses. She is deeply committed to her clients, with a passion for improving processes and making complex financial information clear and accessible.
Outside of work, Pa is an avid long-distance cyclist and hiker. With family spread across Wisconsin, India, and Tanzania, she finds adventure wherever she goes.
Éadaoin brings extensive experience in financial services, specializing in financial reporting, analysis, and budget management. With a background as a finance business partner, she excels in collaborating with clients to enhance their financial decision-making and deliver meaningful value. Over the years, Éadaoin has driven process improvements and delivered comprehensive financial reporting across diverse industries.
Passionate about streamlining financial operations, Éadaoin strives to help businesses save both time and money through effective financial strategies.
Outside of Xero, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends back in Ireland.
Sarah is an accomplished ACCA-qualified accountant with a strong technical background and a proven ability to work across complex, multi-entity environments. She achieved outstanding academic results, including Caribbean and global rankings, demonstrating her commitment to excellence.
Sarah has experience across a range of industries, including technology, wholesale, retail, manufacturing, and financial services. In her most recent role as a Senior Accountant within an international group, she managed full financial reporting across multiple entities under IFRS, along with budgeting, cashflow management, audit coordination, and supporting finance function development.
She has advanced Excel skills and is proficient in a variety of accounting systems, with a focus on delivering accurate, insightful reporting and improving processes.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her young daughter, and is rarely far from a good cup of coffee.
Jarene is a highly motivated and results-orientated professional with a demonstrated history of working within the accounting industry. Jarene has an unwavering commitment towards customer service, with an ability to foster productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty.
With more than five years’ experience in Xero, including being employed by Xero South Africa, she demonstrates a desire to bring the Xero cloud accounting platform to the forefront.
Outside of Xero, she loves trivia nights, beach walks and family time in SA.
Cianna loves to travel and has called a few places home over the past few years, including England, Canada, and Turks & Caicos. She returned to the Cayman Islands, where she was born, in 2022 but continues to plan her next adventures!
Cianna started working for White Cloud Accounting in 2021 after the pandemic prompted a career change and has adapted quickly to assisting clients with back-office support in Xero. She also worked as a qualified dive instructor, making her the coolest member of our team!
Outside of Xero, Cianna loves to scuba dive and is passionate about all types of marine life.
Kerri is recognized for her strong communication skills and her commitment to building long-lasting client relationships. She takes pride in her attention to detail, and focusing on delivering tailored solutions to meet each clients unique needs.
Kerri holds a Master’s degree in Research, which enhances her analytical skills and deepens her understanding of data-driven decision-making in financial management.
Outside of work, Kerri is a classically trained pianist, an avid snowboarder, and a world traveller with a passion for exploring new cultures.
